At rumahkabin.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your cabin purchase. Please review the following policies regarding returns and refunds:
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once a cabin has been delivered and assembled on your property. This policy allows us to keep our costs low and pass the savings on to you.
- Prior to delivery and assembly, customers are required to visit our factory to inspect and confirm that the cabin meets the specifications ordered. If there are any issues, we will work with you on any necessary corrections.
- After visiting the factory for inspection, full payment is due before delivery and installation.
- We provide a 1-year limited warranty on cabin materials and workmanship. This covers any defects in manufacturing. Please contact us if you experience any issues, and we will repair or replace defective components free of charge within the 1-year warranty period.
- Normal wear-and-tear or damage caused by improper maintenance, accidents, or misuse will not be covered under the warranty.
- Customers are responsible for preparing the site for cabin installation according to our specifications. Any costs associated with re-leveling or re-installing the cabin because of improper site preparation will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery is free within 50 miles of our factory. Additional delivery fees apply beyond 50 miles.
